For losing weight don’t ever try to skip meals some of you thinks by skipping meal you will lose weight fast. NO it will make you more healthier because when you skip your meal it makes you hungry. You start craving for food which is unhealthy, junky.

2.Cook Food At Home

While following diet plan most important task is to cook food by yourself if you make your own dieting food you will be aware of food and flavors you use. Like if we will cook food we prefer boiling or grilling rather than frying according to diet plan you will cook.

  • Whole grains: Buckwheat, quinoa, corn, sorghum, amaranth,whole-grain bread, brown rice, basmati rice, millet, barley.
  • Herbs and spices: Garlic, cardamom, cumin, coriander, ,black pepper, paprika, turmeric, fenugreek, basil, garam masala, ginger and more

3.Use Small Plates and Bowls

The best way to lose weight is to use small plates and small bowls for reducing food. According to research is always work it’s a best trick to consume less and lose weight. This method has proved that moving from 12 inch to 10 inch plates’ size can reduce 22% calories. If you will put less food in bigger plate than it will decrease your motivation on other hand if you use small plate and same portion will look bigger.

We take 2 meals in a day Lunch and Dinner if we take less portion of food in a particular period of time it will definitely give good results. What we do we eat whole food in a single time but no its wrong in dieting you have to eat food in portion but you can eat that portion of food 4 or 5 times in a day.

5.Say Bye Bye To CRAP

What is CRAP? C means caffeine R means refined sugar A means alcohol P means processed food. This food group is unhealthy for your body if you are taking CRAP then you will never complete your diet plan or wish of being slim tummy. Not taking CRAP means saying bye forever to pasta, wine, rum, pizza, coffee or many more.

6.Increase Healthy Food

Make sure that you are not eating any junk foods like pizza, burgers etc. Your storage should be of healthy food instead of junk food so whenever you feel hungry you can eat lots of healthy things.

  • Fruits: Mango, pomegranate, guava, oranges, tamarind, apples, , plums, bananas, papaya, lychee, pears, melon.
  • Protein sources: Tofu, nuts, seeds, legumes or dairy.

7.Take less sugar and salt

Sugar and salt both are main ingredients of food they are like king of food without them there is no taste but for perfect tummy you have to cut down sugar from you tea and drinks or when salt attracts water it increases fats so use salt like cayenne pepper.

8.Intake of Water

For reducing belly fat at least 8 glass of water you should consume in a day. It will reduce fat along with that you will get a glowing and charming skin. Main motto is to drink fluids as much as we can.
