Jazz Up Your Drink

It’s easy as pie to make a water infusion – easier, actually! Just mix everything in a jug and refrigerate for a couple of hours infused with all the flavors. Sip it through the day, but remember to keep it chilled since you’re using raw ingredients.

#1 Orange, Blueberry and Mint detox water

1 litre water

2 firm oranges, sliced

1 cup blueberries

5-6 mint leaves

2 apples, sliced

1 cinnamon stick

#3 Cucumber, Lime, Mint, and Ginger

2 limes, sliced

2 cucumbers, sliced

1 tbsp fresh ginger, chopped

5-6 fresh mint leaves
